Stour Valley Nature Reserve (Dorset Stour)

1.5 mile stretch of the Dorset Stour. A beautiful council own section of the river with a public footpath running the entire length. It gets very busy with walkers, picnickers, swimmings and dogs in the summer months. Recommend early mornings, evenings or winter fishing. Free parking on surrounding roads. There's also a free carpark at the Kingfisher Barn Visitors Centre but please note entry and exit times as they lock the carpark at night.
