River Teme – Eastham Bridge

Eastham Bridge is a Birmingham Anglers Association fishery on the River Teme with an unusually useful combination of double-bank fishing and a clearly identified bridge access. The association describes three quarters of a mile beginning at Eastham Bridge, together with a shorter piece of left-bank water above the crossing. Its published plan marks the controlled sections on each side of the river, so access to the bridge should not be mistaken for permission to fish every adjoining bank. The official listing specifically identifies barbel and pike and also describes the water as suitable for game and coarse fishing. The principal arrival point is the BAA car park beside Eastham Bridge, reached from the A443. A second published parking point lies opposite the Woodstone Manor turning and is also used in the neighbouring Lindridge listing. Fishing requires the appropriate BAA membership and rod licence. Night fishing is prohibited here. Visitors should use the marked approaches and boundary plan rather than a generic village-centre map pin.
