Northern Ireland Cross Community Angling (NICCA) is an angling organisation focused on inclusive and cross-community participation. It is recognised as a sports-charity member by the Northern Ireland Sports Forum. It is broader than a conventional single-water fishing club, so membership and fishery access differ from a standard club permit scheme.
