Northwich Anglers Association

Established in 1913, Northwich AA has stillwaters plus the Weaver, Dane and Trent & Mersey Canal.

Northwich Anglers Association was established in 1913 as Northwich Joint Anglers, a consortium of local clubs, and took its present name in the 1970s. Its portfolio includes around nine miles of the River Weaver, sixteen miles of the Trent & Mersey Canal, about four miles of the River Dane and stretches of Wincham Brook, together with a number of stillwaters such as Vale Royal Pool, Petty Pool, Eaton Bank Pool, Davenham Pits, Eyres Pit and Canal Pit, and a share of Budworth Mere. The association has around 1,200 members, disabled-access pegs, a weekly seniors' match and a monthly juniors' match, and new members can join online or by post. Day tickets are also offered.
