Norwich & District Anglers' Association

Broads angling association offering bank fishing on the rivers Bure and Thurne.

Norwich & District Anglers' Association (NDAA) has provided access to fishing on the Norfolk Broads since 1960, when it began with the River Bure at St Benet's. Its venues include stretches of the Bure at St Benet's and Womack, and the River Thurne at Cold Harbour, with bream, skimmers and roach the main quarry. Some pegs sit in the ronds and require boots and a platform, and night fishing is not permitted. Membership is open to all, runs for the river season and includes matches; adult members may bring an accompanied junior at no extra charge. Cards are sold through local tackle shops. For 2026/27 the association has no fishing on the Bure and Decoy Broad on the Woodbastwick Estate.
