Portishead Marina club for small-boat and sea anglers in the Bristol Channel.

Portishead Small Boat & Sea Angling Club is based at Portishead Marina and brings together small-boat owners and sea anglers fishing the Bristol Channel. Formed more than 30 years ago by local dinghy owners, the club fishes tidal waters out towards Steep Holm, Flat Holm and the old Severn Bridge. Members target bass, cod, conger, thornback and blonde ray, smoothhound and other Channel species, with an annual species competition and club records. Monthly meetings are held in Portishead, and membership is subject to committee approval.
